Is it known how she died? And I've seen some comments that suggested she was deaf. Her languages were English and BSL (British Sign Language).

i met her a few times as a friend, and she was a truly lovely person. A genuinely kind and gentle soul. It's extremely sad to hear of her passing. I'll always remember her fondly.
